Temple of Light
The Temple of Light (aka Seattle Memorial Temple Project) was an all-volunteer effort borne from the desire to honor the victims of the Capitol Hill shootings on March 25th, 2006. Six young members of our community were taken by a gunman who then took his own life. In their memory, our community built a temporary art installation in the form of a beautiful temple. Ignition Northwest provided financial support to the effort.
